Ah, the 80/20 rule. One of the most talked about and, still, one of the most misunderstood and misapplied business concepts. It’s the most talked about because virtually every business book you’ve read or productivity conference you’ve attended has used it in some way or another. Over the last year, I’ve been using and fine-tuning a productivity system that I call “Productive Points.” It’s a system I’ve used with lots of success — 2011 was far and away the most productive year of my life and 2012 is already looking even better! So I wanted to take time out to share some of the details here with you on the blog.
