Over the last year, I’ve been using and fine-tuning a productivity system that I call “Productive Points.” It’s a system I’ve used with lots of success — 2011 was far and away the most productive year of my life and 2012 is already looking even better! So I wanted to take time out to share some of the details here with you on the blog.

Time management systems never quite cut it for me. Over the years, I’ve tried out far too many methods to count and have rarely had any lasting success. But this last month, I’ve been working with a new system that has transformed the way I structure my working days, led to greater productivity, and increased my overall sense of “making progress” on my most important projects.
